commitment

I commit to have a great chest workout today. 

Volume works best for me, so I'll go for 200 pushups and 5 x 10 x 185 on barbell bench. 

I also commit to listening to Creed while doing it.

I haven't benched in over a year. Felt good to be back in the saddle.
