After drawing commision PFPs for people for a number of months I finally took the plunge and minted them today now that @foundation have added @base support.

To make the contract and mint these via ETH mainnet would have been over $2,000 at current gas levels and ETH price. 

On @base the net cost was under $1.

Foundation is undefeated for pure art in my opinion. Their site is simply the best 

I love Zora too, and literally did a mint last month on there. But the expectation on Zora is things are free or very cheap. This is not the case on Foundation.
