I have a never opened Ledger Nano X Art Blocks edition. These were never for sale, afaik they were only handed out to a few people at NFT Paris in 2023. Not sure what to do with it. Anyone wants to buy it?

Don't open it. There's a solid chance it won't work and then you're left with a box and nothing else, haha. A certain someone's cat comes to mind. 

I bought 2 and kept one unopened as back up and opened it when needed over a year later and it didn't work and I had no recourse since it was outside warranty.

The same reason all tech has a chance of not working out of the box: mine had faulty buttons.
