I think I'm going to attempt to draft an exception clause to copyleft/Sharealike stuff. It doesn't seem fair to force a license on someone who may only use a very small part of your work.

I added it to my license. Here's my reasoning: 

While I admire the concept of ShareAlike/Copyleft licenses and their role in fighting back against overly strict copyright laws, I find them to be too heavy-handed in their approach. It is not fair to use this idea as a type of legal poison pill to force someone into your licensing scheme if their use is only of a very small amount. I want to encourage others to make licensing decisions that are more friendly towards sharing. To do this it is important to build bridges to those stuck in the matrix of contemporary copyright law. Strict ShareAlike/Copyleft licenses have created a parallel structure that does not interact with the rest of the outside world. I want to leave the door cracked open just enough for these separate worlds to enter dialogue.
