I talk about strict global consensus, as that's the only scenario where you use blockchains But outside of strict global consensus it's not a binary alternative, there are many different forms of consensus that can be formed with very different methods (including social rather than tech)

what do you think about Arweave's AoComputer (http://ao.computer/)? Feels like this is an architecture without strict global consensus but building towards the "stateless infra' direction
