Mem is really cool, but I found myself going back to Roam. A lot of the "AI" notetaking tools don't always tag data how I would prefer it's tagged, which leads to me manually tagging things anyways

Agreed. It wasn't very practical for my individual uses. I've been using LogSeq and have really enjoyed it.
