The hardest part of going on trips is getting insomnia.

Tried sleeping since 11:30 PM and now it’s past 2 AM.

Yeah, I don’t drink caffeine. But also, my body was exact same as yours, I could sleep pretty quickly and with no issues.

Once I start having some health issues, things to change my body  (specifically my nervous system), and it begins to act up when I’m on Trips

hopefully nothing a good cup of coffee won’t fix

very grateful to be able to fall asleep in 5 minutes travel or otherwise haha

It’s different for me.

I want to fall asleep and I actually begin to but my heart starts giving me palpitations

I have a history of some nerve stuff going on and because of the palpitations, I can’t comfortably sleep

If it was just a fast heartbeat, I could deal with that

But palpitations is a shock

Not having melatonin is a pain too.

And just having a high heart rate when you’re trying to calm down and it doesn’t makes it even harder.
