ChatGPT as a paired programmer to learn how to code has been incredible through a couple of sessions.

Learning by tutorials has *never* stuck for me.

Now I can work through the problems that I understand and want to solve, and the AI helps me work through them.

Both actually. And in some cases I know the logic of what I’m looking for, so I’ll ask it plainly, and accompany with my existing code snippets or JSON blobs and ask it things.

It’s kind of mind blowing…I haven’t stumped it yet and 90% of what it outputs works.

Curious to see how you’re using it. Do you ask it troubleshooting questions or ask for high level instructions?
