You only get angry and anxious when you are not focused on your life. Take full responsibility for where you are in life. You are what you eat. The way you exercise, the books you read, the conversations you have, the people you love, the problems you solve - it's all you. If you don't like what you're experiencing, you just need to make a lifestyle change. What you do is who you become. And feeling peace of mind means you are becoming who you want to be.
