If you want to stay sane in this industry, you need other things to progress in besides money. Our brains crave the sensation of increasing skills to constantly replenish dopamine. Any sport is great for this. It could also be learning a musical instrument. But i would say that focusing on progress in sports (along with other hobbies) is very important for the brain.
