ya it's funny how it works, definitely a different vibe walking into a place full of other people gettin after it.

i think for me i missed the compartmentalization of working out in a different place from where you eat, work, and sleep. your brain switches gears and it's easier to get into a groove.  

it’s funny - i used to love this prior to the pandemic. bc of it, i built my home gym & used it for a few years. 

then, i went back to a commercial this year specifically for the crowds 😂
