they appear in the account via basescan but are not visible within the @safe app itself*

depends on how the safe was set up originally: https://help.safe.global/en/articles/40812-i-sent-assets-to-a-safe-address-on-the-wrong-network-any-chance-to-recover dc me the address and I can check for ya
