Iām in favor of a cast action an OP can use on replies to penalize them. Not sure what penalize exactly looks like, and yeah, maybe it can be abused, but I kind of like it š

How about just like a swipe left across the comment to report + mute. Could swipe again to undo in case we think accidental swiping is a problem. Make it extremely easy to report + mute
