Used to be an executive at one of the bigger construction tech companies. As crazy as it sounds, there’s an insane amount of software, integrations, AI (both vision & predictive) already out there. The issue is that on any given job site, there’s an insane number of stakeholders, and especially for larger job sites like a stadium (I don’t think I’ve seen one recently which had only one GC), there isn’t a single person to go to for deployment, enforcement, and accountability of using it all. Despite all the benefits of efficiency and cost savings, it’s impossible to get everyone coordinated.
