Seeing a lot of founders missing the point about what coaching is good for ... let me offer a perspective; 1/ Coach brings you a new perspective. 2/A new perspective breeds new possibilities of the next actions. Coach does not bring you solution(s)! Never should! Cos, then it's not a coach but a consultant or fractional CxO. That’s why most of the people who are the best at what they do have their coaches for different areas of their lives and businesses. It’s still them calling the shots and executing, but they have trusted minds to escape the bubble 🫧 of self-absorption 😎 and that's super valuable! Yeah, that bubble is real ... 🧐
