nouns-animators

Two questions for fellow animators:

- what’s the minimum length for an animation to be able to tell a story worth watching?
- what’s the minimum but not impossible length of time an animator needs to make said film?

Idea:
- new channel where only animators who’ve won any /nouns-animators rounds as top 3 can participate
- 2 weeks
- 15 sec story minimum
- big reward pool, small # of participants
- theme (?)

Replicate this on the other rounds and that's how we keep helping artists to grow inside the community.
