Imagine you could only use one piece of information to make a hiring decision. What data point would you use? The best answer until Sunday wins 500 $TALENT. PS: the data can be onchain, online or offline. @bountybot

If I had to choose just one data point to make a hiring decision, I would pick "track record of successfully completed projects or goals, ideally in a similar role or industry." This single metric combines several critical factors: Skill Application - It indicates practical, proven ability, not just potential or education. Consistency and Reliability - Successful completion shows commitment and reliability. Problem-Solving and Adaptability - Completion often means the person has navigated challenges, which translates to resilience. Growth and Initiative - People who consistently complete meaningful projects often show growth and self-drive. While experience alone can’t capture the full story, a record of impactful, successful work provides insight into competence, perseverance, and focus. For on-chain roles, this could mean looking at someone's history in DAOs or open-source contributions.
