gm š¾ my morning pills: - multivitamins - b12 (daily) - b6 (when i feel down) - l-theanine (with coffee) - ashwagandha - ag1 (but during lunch when i break the fast) what are yours?

Curcumin, propolis, beet juice (usually with a carrot, and an orange juiced in it), plus blueberries + carb loading prior to workout is my stash. Coffee + omega-3 post morning workout. Coffe post ~1h30 of waking up does the trick for a push in energy here
