With kits like these it is pretty easy! You just have to remember to spritz it according to the directions on the box. Often the kits can be reused a few times to grow multiple crops, too. Lions mane mushrooms are pretty meaty in the middle, so you can sauté or sear and it holds up nicely. I started eating/sometimes growing them for the same reason and they’re delicious.

First attempt at homemade sourdough pasta (hand cut, so it’s rough ! ) made with a quick alfredo & slow Albariñho So delicious, but the pasta recipe left something to be desired… I’d love to learn if you have a sourdough spaghet recipe you know & love.

‘Endless shrimp, endless losses’ award this journalist the Nobel Dying to know more. I live in a fishing econ so it makes innate sense that seafood ≠ bottomless pricing, the way beef, chix or soy can race to the bottom on agroindustrial scale. & RL is bottom. I’d love to see trending #s here beyond shrimps!

It was incredible, thanks •‿• an astounding and moving natural phenomenon, and a perfect sunny day. So wild to consider that it may be a uniquely Earthen experience as well…. We watched from Monson ME, which was a beautiful spot, too!
