The new year flew by in a flurry of obligations — took a beat to reflect on the Lunar New Year this year. Resolutions (for posterity): Resolving to be more social in 2025: ✿ IRL: ~Purposefully~ carving more time for family & friends, near (together) & far (catching up) ✿ VTL: I mostly signed off all non-work social after 10.23, feeling deeply disturbed by the loudest rhetoric calling for people to be demolished. As I feel more comfortable easing back in, expression is a muscle to rebuild. Remembering to cast off fear: ✿ Always a path to build toward. Sending you a little love today, dear internet friend. With kits like these it is pretty easy! You just have to remember to spritz it according to the directions on the box. Often the kits can be reused a few times to grow multiple crops, too. Lions mane mushrooms are pretty meaty in the middle, so you can sauté or sear and it holds up nicely. I started eating/sometimes growing them for the same reason and they’re delicious.
