did the cringe thing and wore the Vision Pro in public today around Venice and then did side-by-side review with the Meta Quest. observations: 1. ppl didn’t gawk as much as i expected, those who did were SO stoked 2. unreal to share a realtime surf report w/ friends 3. it isn’t even a competition b/w VP and MQ

Ted, I fkn love you but if we were hanging out IRL and you showed up wearing that I would go home or talk to someone else 😂😭 No hate against AVP but there is a fundamental human experience to spending time with someone and looking them in the eye, and connecting as two humans. Probably dope for vid calls but..

hahahahahahaha we're 100% on the same page trust me, i would never show up to a true IRL hangout with this lmao i would have the same reaction as you i would use this in my own space OR an office. and the latest iphone has spatial photo / video capture so you don't need to wear the VP to capture memories / moments
