has anyone ever grown Lions Mane mushrooms? 

i heard they’re great for preventing alzheimer’s and i want to start to implement it in my parents diet, but never grown mushrooms before

With kits like these it is pretty easy! You just have to remember to spritz it according to the directions on the box. 
Often the kits can be reused a few times to grow multiple crops, too. 

Lions mane mushrooms are pretty meaty in the middle, so you can sauté or sear and it holds up nicely. 

I started eating/sometimes growing them for the same reason and they’re delicious.
