Always hesitant on extra kitchen gadgets, but the pasta insert for Made In stock pots is pretty convenient if you make pasta frequently and want to keep the starchy water readily available for finishing the sauce-pasta emulsion. https://madeincookware.com/products/pasta-insert/pasta-insert

Every time I cook pasta, it gets soggy, that's why I haven't used it for a long time.
