GM Degens, I know the recent bans didn’t sit well with everyone. We used a rule-based approach to target sybils, but it’s a tough battle, and we’re just two people. If you got caught in the crossfire, I’m sorry. There was collateral damage, but we also hit a lot of big farmers. These decisions aren’t easy, but they’re made for the community’s long-term health. If you’re feeling discouraged, I get it. Tipping was meant to be fun—sharing memes, onboarding new users—not a paycheck. Give back the allowance you took and repair your "collateral damage". Besides, Who are you to tell people what they can spend their money on? How easy it is to speak from privilege. Every time you think you're fixing it all you do is screw it up more. The same thing you are doing with your project.

I used to be a musician, and trust me, I’m not coming from privilege at all—I grew up on welfare without a dad. I get where you’re coming from, and I empathize. But I also have to set expectations straight, and I understand if they don’t fully align with your values. We’re a different kind of project, and there aren’t many like us. Just remember, if you’re taking $DEGEN solely for yourself, it’s at the community’s expense too. Balancing that is key.
