Wladyslaw Theodore Benda is a Polish-American artist, known as an illustrator, designer and creator of famous masks. 🎭 He studied painting in Krakow and Vienna, and moved to the United States with his family in 1898. He became one of the most notable artists of the so-called "Golden Age of American Illustration".
