My 50 cents on dealing with team conflicts: 1. Don’t dodge tough talks—own the tension by asking, “What happened? Why that reaction? What concerns you?” 2. Document the decision-making process to trace everyone’s perspective. 3. Active listening turns silence into honest dialogue. There’s no shortcut for dealing with conflict—you have to face it head-on, with courage and diligence.
