I have mixed feelings about the latest MOXIE update. On the one hand, I am in favor of reducing the MOXIE daily emissions, which would help the sustainability of the protocol. Less emissions, more valuable. But how far will the multipliers go? ‘like’ is already 0.5x Encourage people to add liquidity, to buy Fan Tokens, to lock Fan Tokens with the aim of increasing their FarScore (their MOXIE power), but then the multipliers are nerfed (second time) to reduce that power... Please, convince me that everything is fine!

Unfortunately, it won't be enough. This is how they should have come to market in the first place. But changing the rules of the game so often now would make it harder for new entrants to enter. They are so focused on cutting sales pressure that they can't give people anything but artificial reasons to buy more.

Has nothing. Nothing. To do with any sale pressure. Has entirely everything to do with managing long term health of the protocol. In our white paper we explicitly state we will bring inflation adjusting as we go based on increases in farcaster user base, engagement levels, and moxie price

I apologize if anything I say is offensive to you. I'm not saying anything with the intention of hurting Moxie. On the contrary, anything that makes me money is valuable to me. It is also good to criticize sometimes instead of just applauding everything that is done. I wanted to convey that just as there are those who support the changes you have made, there are also those who see it that way from the outside.

It is not about criticizing, it is about giving another point of view. It's not bad. Here we all want the best for the protocol. Maybe sometimes listening to different opinions makes things better, of course with respect. Always reading how well you are doing doesn't help either.
