I have mixed feelings about the latest MOXIE update.

On the one hand, I am in favor of reducing the MOXIE daily emissions, which would help the sustainability of the protocol. Less emissions, more valuable.

But how far will the multipliers go? ‘like’ is already 0.5x

Encourage people to add liquidity, to buy Fan Tokens, to lock Fan Tokens with the aim of increasing their FarScore (their MOXIE power), but then the multipliers are nerfed (second time) to reduce that power...

Please, convince me that everything is fine!

Unfortunately, it won't be enough. This is how they should have come to market in the first place. But changing the rules of the game so often now would make it harder for new entrants to enter. They are so focused on cutting sales pressure that they can't give people anything but artificial reasons to buy more.

And no, i am not saying these bc i lost farscore.

They don't offer anything except to force me to buy more every month. Or if I have to keep adding in what I earn, it doesn't create an economy.

I apologize if anything I say is offensive to you. I'm not saying anything with the intention of hurting Moxie. On the contrary, anything that makes me money is valuable to me. It is also good to criticize sometimes instead of just applauding everything that is done. I wanted to convey that just as there are those who support the changes you have made, there are also those who see it that way from the outside.

I know what you are saying, I have spent a lot of time on moxie, I have read it, but that does not mean that what you are doing is right. I want the protocol to succeed as much as you do, but this is what I see and what I think is right.

Has nothing. Nothing. To do with any sale pressure. 

Has entirely everything to do with managing long term health of the protocol.
