why is the oppressed/oppressor framework used so commonly these days and how is it helpful to advancing society?

under this framework, what happens when the oppressed is no longer oppressed? it must become the oppressor; there is no other option.

The framework turns people into hammers or nails. So you're not a human anymore. Just a hammer or a nail.
No growth or accountability, no self-agency. Such a bummer of a framework!
