They create a wallet which has the same start and end as your wallet, but a different middle part (super easy with modern computers).

They then send 0 ETH to your address.

They check for token transactions such as USDC.

They generate similar transactions, with a fake contract (not official USDC)

You go to Uniswap to send funds, start typing, the similar address pops up, showing as "recent transactions." Start / end match. You send
