Chats in the future will be decentralized, e2e encrypted, and interoperable.

As part of this migration, we'll be shutting down the current chat feature inside /wildcardclub 

2 choices if you’re a developer: 

Build on top of closed platforms, risk your entire business on top of things you can’t control. 

Build on top of open platforms, work together to build something that can last. 

We’ve seen the former play out. I spent years fighting that battle. You always lose.

One important piece here in the question for decentralisation, closed platforms also provide built-in distribution.
