Even with all the attention around AI, I think agents are highly under valued. Any digital task with clear instructions can be easily automated now. There's no doubt in my mind this will change the core fabric of how we work. I've built 10 workflows recently, ranging from fun to extremely useful. Took me less than 10 hours to set up and they make an impact for me and my teams daily. If you've built agents for yourself, would love to know what you built and why its useful!

Automation is a continuous ladder, where deploying agents is a function of cost vs value. As you mentioned, they’re much easier to deploy today without needing a whole team . My personal view; human in the loop is here to stay; and so one of the under appreciated yet critical areas will be improving the quality of collaboration between humans and agents
