Recently, the little one at home has developed a habit: as soon as it hears the sound of me lying down, it emerges from some unknown corner, jumps straight onto my stomach, and settles down, starting to purr in that way cats do when they're relaxed. Although I have no idea what motivates this behavior, so far, we're both very satisfied with this little interaction, so I’ve decided not to overthink it.
