😍haven’t seen the olive wood version. Ceramic v60 is my go-to. Used chemex for awhile because it’s beautiful but prefer the v60 brew.

Wallets are not identity. Wallets can be identity.

Shoot me a dm. We decouple access management from key storage, so the key storage can be self-hosted or any other wallet tech provider or AA. Unified auth over all wallet tech. We’ll be open-sourcing most of the stack

We can do that - our auth engine works w/ any key model & can self-host a key vault if you want. Our self-serve isn’t public yet but happy to share more & see if it fits your needs.

Would you accept a semi-trusted party in the mix? We’re building access management tech; havent integrated FC actions but been thinking about it & wondering if people would want fine-grained auth on client keys

Is there a FC client that makes it easy to replicate someone else’s feed? I want to see the home feed as if I’m, say, @dwr.eth; ideally same algo but would settle for close-enough with the same following list.

Tokens on Bitcoin. Left curve take: Now you have memecoins on BTC. BTC is 55% of crypto market. Number will go up.

Do you view that cast differently today? Last year you were building a FC client and FC had what, maybe 1k dau? In a lot of new markets, when do you build with a vision that people will be there even though no one had an acute problem you’re solving today?

Thanks for the input! I've typically managed dbs separately from app & ci/cd so trying to learn the best-practices here.

k8s+argocd here; current thinking is GH Action builds/pushes a migration image, helm hook runs it. That what you're doing? Just feels cumbersome to make a separate migration image; I'd prefer to just call the migration in Actions or something.

Am I missing an obvious best-practice for automating db migrations in a db in a private subnet? Feels like every solution I have is tedious.

Typically this can be "non-custodial" still, but does introduce censorship/coercion risk in favor of UX/recovery safety. Storing an encrypted backup of a key doesn't constitute custody b/c it can't be used without changing the rules of the system (but, changing the rules could be possible..)

For sure. Typically 2/3 mpc will require the user share, so the provider cannot initiate, only co-sign. Non-custodial means provider does not custody; not necessarily that the user holds the keys.

No reason every Client should have a posting key that can be used with no user action; automation keys should be an opt-in grant. Keys should be client-bound to ensure no misuse

AI is a superpower for people embarrassed to ask stupid questions. My rate of learning is 10x faster from asking questions until I actually understand.
