Casts like this from people you don't follow make people mad.

Is this spam? How would you classify? What happens when a "good" user does this ironically?

I used to respond to these kindly. "Hey fren. People usually give tips to people who create cool art, contribute thoughtful insights, build cool tools, share alfa, and make memes. Asking for tips usually results in getting blocked. Share what you can do and the tips will flow."
Maybe make soft rejections a cast action.
