Apple has retired the iPhone X The company's first smartphone with Face ID has officially gone vintage. This means that more than five but less than seven years have passed since its release. Apple Stores and authorised suppliers will be able to repair the gadget for the next two years, but only if parts are available. The first-generation AirPods and the original HomePod suffered a similar fate. And while the smartphone and headphones made a "revolution" and set a trend for years to come, the speaker on release received very mixed reviews. It's a little sad to realise that Apple's first smartphone with Face ID is already considered an oldie, because it seems like it came out quite recently.
