hi i have a question. if something is triggering you again and again and again, like it’s the same situation repeatedly and you find yourself reacting badly to it even though you don’t want to, are you supposed to remove the trigger from your life or keep trying to find ways to get over it? yes, i realize this is really vague, but maybe it will resonate with someone who has an answer

I feel that these triggers are not something to be removed, but to be owned and studied in some way, and I will have to work on them all my life. I keep getting myself into same situations, people always do certain things to me, I act wild in response or I try my best to protect myself from such situations but still feel bad in the end. The worst thing is that it’s hard to explain or stop in the moment. But lately I started to see these patterns of mine, and not so long ago I managed to to turn from it once:) I know it’s constant work anyway
