Slowly coming back to social media after a small but very-needed break. How do you balance your real life / social media screen time? Do you set yourself some rules?

I have no balance at all. Sometimes I feel I need a break and I do it. I also don’t do much social media when I am in creative mode:)

I just post something for the algo, like Gm or just a image of my work, also sometimes schedule posts for a week… I know it’s a bit superficial, but it’s an algo

Thanks for sharing. I feel the same way even especially regarding the creative mode. I wonder how you manage the comeback with the social algorithm after a long period of silence.
