These organizations are probably a fit for some teams, how could you better align incentives?

Because there’s barely any Web3 devs and lots of money to be thrown around. Financial incentives alone are not enough to overcome the barriers to entry for most devs given the opportunity cost.

If there's grants for builders, we'll take em! Been grinding it 14 months straight and finally achieving vertical growth
