That's what I am doing on Farcaster. Half the cast makes no sense to me yet. So I know I am in a place for growth.

Touching grass is definitely part of the game that most founders underrate. 

But for someone who is quite ambitious, how do you suggest someone plans their day to create times to touch grass? 

Wait for a burnout or find convenient times even if there’s a lot to be done?
