So since last week’s discussion I have been dropping into channels way more.

There’s def something missing to make it a cozy corner.  For instance, Reddit showing how many people are online at a given time makes it feel more happening/cozy

Dan says we need interesting and engaging content.  So what do you think MM can do to encourage it?

An idea: how about multiple UI for different kinds of channels?  ie mortarboard/image feed for image channels, deeper comment threads for forum channels, etc

This would strengthen cozy corners by making channels worth clicking on.
