Some parents had to go out of town and the rest of the neighborhood stepped up to take their kids to school and soccer practice etc...

To your point, I’m noticing how much easier things have become now that we’re in public school and activities have this sense of community and support to them,

Imho the nuclear family as sole care provider is a relatively new and unique development. It’s certainly increased societal productivity and output, but I wonder at what cost.

Do you think we’ve gone too far?
