What has been your most successful way of conducting consumer feedback and why did you preferred it that way?

We have an independent member of our team that was not involved in a client relationship to send a survey at the end of a consulting engagement.

In this way, we enable our clients to express candid feedback to a third party that they don't know, without them feeling constrained on what they can share.
