Video games have also proven to grow STEM skills in a significant way. Years ago I worked in edtech and did a fair amount of work here.

Everything should be done in moderation of course, but video games often get an unnecessary bad wrap.

Heh same! And resource management / problem solving from strategy games. Such a great blend of fun and learning - and you don’t even realize you’re learning. That’s when it sticks.
