This is why I've not been like to freaked out over a lot of things in project 2025, because the reality is the actual big big money backing conservative causes wouldn't go for it, there's so much more money to be made by exploiting the American worker, evidenced by the fact trump got painted as a hero for the working class

Not only that, but the latter is building the future (for better or for worse, but by definition they are building it) while the former is attempting to recreate the past in a technological environment that gradually makes industrial-era nationalism less coherent.
