I enjoy just learning things as a hobby, which usually means spending a lot of time in research, study, and field travel. My philosophy is to just learn something you enjoy rather than something that will be immediately useful, and then the things that you learn will one day wind up being useful anyways. I would compare it to swimming with a stream, rather than forcing yourself up against one. I'm a wordcel and am adept at writing and speaking persuasively. Yet at the same time skills like engineering, mathematics, and coding have never come to me naturally. I do admire people who are proficient at such things. I wish that I could rebuild a car engine or code a computer program with ease. But its easier for me to excel at other things. We all have different skills and our goal should be to work together towards a shared purpose while drawing upon what we are all best at. We should not try and force ourselves to be polymaths beyond reason or impinge unduly on others areas of specialty.

And I admire people who can write their thoughts as interesting social media posts. You seem to a master in that. I very much like to be able to do that.
