Don't know if it qualifies as a "gadget", but can't live without my under-desk treadmill 🙂 Been walking while working since ~2016. Had my first treadmill die on me finally within the past several months, such a quality of life downgrade that I replaced it almost immediately!

It's my favorite for busy work (e.g. going through my morning routine of responding to notifications, going through unreads, etc...), where there's something longer-form I have to read (learning, documentation, ebooks, thought pieces), and/or creative work (thinking) because it gets my wheels turning!
