A “how I’m feeling while I cast this” menu button that sets the “mood” for the cast. Would allow for more nuanced or subtle communication. Sarcastic words sent in anger “mood”. Funny words sent in a sad “mood”. This sort of nuance.

100% colour was the first thing that came to mind. Colour is already associated with feelings and lends itself perfectly. Would be very interesting to see how this would affect dynamics in general.
