Is geofencing a choice the platform has? Or is this a mandate they’d be in violation for refusing that would result in the shutdown of the platform?

it’s because: THEY ARE BASED IN USA and USA is becoming a problem….. the laws need to be changed here to allow platforms to not sanction artists!

That’s unfortunate. Is it a reason to boycott a platform that’s been building and positively supportive on their own merit? As a US based artist, why am I trying to adhere to the standards of ppl in Switzerland? Who’s helped? The geofencing needs to stop but let’s highlight positively impactful initiatives.
