i don't know how to say this but but but ... this is literally what a $100-150/hr nutrition coach whose studied 80-100 hours (like me) will tell you without all the ho ha. in fact we can go one to two levels deep around types of meat/not, their protein profiles and dietary preferences etc etc. sometimes his millions in spend make zero sense

agreed, none of it is mind blowing. however some people just have to be beat over the head with it for it to sink in. for me, the more interesting things is in the particulars, like how beneficial EVOO or fruit-but-just-berries are. that’s what i’ve personally changed

i agree. behavioural change is the hardest. that is why i've found noom fascinating. it delivers.. fwiw, one persons beneficial berries/almonds/walnuts is another persons inflammation 🤷♀️ also "bro science" but you don't want to be eating out of season fruit/berries. so imo all year berry supply is not ++
