1/ There’s a shift in work perception especially among GenZs. DAOs were the first draft were people saw themselves more as pseudo-anonymous contributors than “full time employees”

2/ in 2019, 60% of American use a pseudonym for their online activities - GenZ are bringing this to the next level So as @kiyo said many ppl will work under pseudonyms because they’ve already started to go under pseudonyms on social media
